Greetings friends, Although it’s been a while since I communicated, I think about you all a lot, and wanted you to know I am still painting regularly and very happily.
Recently, I answered a Call for Art Submissions. The show is hosted by Art at the Cave gallery, located at 108 E Evergreen Blvd, Vancouver, WA. (360)314-6506.
The show’s theme is Love. I submitted a small oil painting (12”x9”) called “Love in a Time of Chaos” I feel that we are currently in such a time of Chaos, politically, environmentally, emotionally, financially, etc. At times like this we need to gather with and embrace those we love, our families, friends, neighbors, even our pets, and recognize that we only have each other. I love this image which is shown .
I also agreed to speak for 5 minutes this Saturday, Feb.15, between 1-2 pm.I love to air my opinions so I had to agree. Thanks to all, Jenny J
